Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and shipping-related matters.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Bags must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
• Returns are accepted if a wrong order was delivered.
• As each bag is handmade, slight variations are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized orders
• Sale or discounted items

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• If the return is due to an internal error (e.g., wrong item delivered), we will cover the shipping cost.
• If the issue is due to a customer error, shipping costs will be fully handled by the customer.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We primarily offer refunds as store credit.
• Cash refunds are only issued if:
  • The item is no longer available, or
  • There was a duplicate or incorrect order and the customer prefers a cash refund
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
• All refunds are exclusive of delivery charges.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for items currently in stock.
• Exchanges cannot be made for pre-order items.

• Customers are responsible for logistics charges for exchanges, except in cases of incorrect orders.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your bag arrives defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
• We will investigate and advise on the next steps.

7. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Please note that variations in texture, color, and stitching are part of the charm of handmade products and do not qualify as defects.
