All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your delivery details and tracking information, where available.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout may delay the processing and delivery of your order.

Ora currently delivers nationwide within Nigeria and may offer international shipping to selected countries.
If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Lagos: 1–3 business days
Outside Lagos (Nationwide): 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
These delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics issues.
Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Ora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be re-delivered.
Damaged, Lost & Missing Orders
Every order is carefully packaged before dispatch. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy covers shipping-related issues, including damaged items, missing items, incorrect products, and orders lost in transit.
To help us resolve your issue promptly, you may be asked to provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the package and item(s), and proof of delivery where applicable.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in Ora product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted delivery partners, Ora cannot guarantee delivery dates in situations involving courier disruptions, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, security or transportation restrictions, or customs delays for international shipments.
